Daniel Finney, III. spent the beginning years of his legal career as a prosecutor in the City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office. He left prosecution in 2007 and joined his father's practice. Currently, he represents plaintiffs in claims arising from wrongful death, personal injury, automobile negligence, intentional torts, employment contract disputes, harassment, and constitutional litigation under 42 USC 1983. He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and American Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri, and is further admitted in the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington
