He has over thirty years experience as a litigator, having completed over 100 jury trials. Mr. Finney has also obtained multimillion dollar verdicts or settlements in claims arising from truck accidents, medical negligence, product defects, auto accidents, accidental shootings and inverse condemnation.

His son Daniel P. Finney III graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law '05 and is a former Assistant Circuit Attorney for the city of Saint Louis. Daniel P. Finney III joined his father in January 2008.
